m30s restrating and struck at log screen

My Samsung Galaxy M30s started restarting frequently on 01 Sep 20. First Its hangs then restarted.  Sometime it gets struck at logo screen. Sometimes it reboots and it continued till the battery exhausted itself.  I did everything from disabling optimisation, disabling auto restart and finally resetting the phone.  Nothing worked for me.  Presently the phone is struct at logo screen.   I see that lot of M30s users have complained about the same issue and also remarked that going to service centre also did not resolve the problem. Is there any solution to this issue.

have you booted your phone to safe mode

I tried once. It restarted.

as of now only one option reset/format your device

if you have done format and won't work then only one option to go service centre

just go to service center and tell them to do software thing, if u reset ur device it will solve ur problem for the sometime,
go the service center tell them to do software thing, suppose after that u will get same problem but at that time u can complaint about it by giving the proof that i already faced that problem before,

You already did reset still has issues.. It might be corrupt boot partition issue then reset doesn't work. Visit service center for reflashing firmware it will help. Free in warranty or else 230-500 depends on your city.
