Bro,right now its not available(if am not wrong, game launcher screen recording feature has also been removed) ..if you are ok with some 3rd party apps..then search same on the play store..
previously game launcher app was having screen recording option...after version 2.0 Samsung removed that from game launcher and placed it separately.. from notification panel which is manageable...if your device didn't have that option then try any third party apps ...there are so many
go to in game launcher and add only downloaded app not system app to recording screen but screen recording features only show in game luncher panel settings
