Samsung notes app update ki jai fir bhi open hone me time lagata hai and dusari app bhi open hone me time lagata hai please provide new update and solve lagging issue.camera app open Karne me time lagata hai and recent button par click karte hai to camera lag ho kar minimise hota hai.slove this problem And please do not copy past answer Mene phone Ka factory data reset kiya hua hai.

go to developer option and disable or decrease animation then observe

isse mostly ho jata hai but nahi hua to ye batao k recently koi app installed hua hai kya?
waise ye settings enable hai kya👇
settings >advance features > reduce animation

same issue i am also having with camera even when we use camera from whatsapp then other apps also minimise with lag

i think this is software issue as it also happens with my m21.
