m21 charging issues

My phone sometimes doing fast charging and most of the times its cable charging don't know what to do. Is it a software glitch or hardware issue.

Do you guys also experiencing the same?

yes i noticed that after one ui 2.5 update. Definitely has got slower.

I don't think its a USB port fault because you can see here my phone getting adequate amount of current and voltage.but still it shows cable charging instead of fast charging.
