Hi Team,

 

I had recently got my phone  serviced at Samsung  center , after  the display replacement , my phone has  distortion of noise at the the receiver when the phone is switched to speaker mode.

 

Can any1 help me out .

If you feel the earpiece grill is blocked out, then use a toothbrush and rub the grill with small amount of force.

U can take it to service centre again. This method can be a little risky as it can damage and then Samsung will not take responsibility.

Yep, going to service centre is always better here.

I had same issue with earpiece after 2.5 years of using my device, just like him, distorted sound, and this fixed it.
You just need to be extra careful in case you are doing self trials.

2.5 years is already enough to assume that it can't be helped as much as a phone under warranty so it dosen't really affect much. Either way we have to pay for it unless we have Samsung Care subscription. I meant to say that if the phone is in warranty period then we shouldn't try risky things. And if not still not bcoz that might just damage it more. So anyways official method is the best.

Yep, thats what I agreed above.

If its under warranty, dont try things oneself, the service centre will always take advantage of such cases for neglecting the warranty & earning money.
