how to remove data usage notification???

The options are disabled if the mobile network is not enabled (if you're using wifi only). Enable the mobile network and you'll be able to change the data usage settings.

In my case just go "setting" "data usage" and just drag the warning line (the line in the chart) to max that is 100gig. Since there is no "turn off data saver" button in my data usage menu. And yes my mobile data were on.

Go to Data Data Usage and there You need to enable ultra Data saving mode and then remove or clear notification of Data warning and then again disable ultra Data saving mode.
