hello problem

I am getting this problem.since 2.5 update

Problem:- one bar gesture navigation button stuck many of time and in today youtube with that of happening i get a new problem that a screenshot of that new problem

I was watching video in portrait mode than i encountered one bar gesture problem

And then when i switch video screen to landscape mode and got this that half of my screen bakcks out exactly from thwre where generally split screen open.

I think gesture navigation button problem and this black screen are related as they occur simultaneously. 

Any one have solution because compnay is not giving me any valuable or useful info
