hang problem

When I play clash of clans and if there is a notification like sms comes to my phn and when i go to see the notification its hangs up....

And when i came out this game this time the phone performance was so slow! 

What the problem? 

And how can i fix it.?

if your phone hangs then just try locking and unlocking your phone.
