galaxy m31 hanging and restarting

My Samsung galaxy m31 is restarting again and again after hanging for a second.

Reset factory settings- done

Wipe cache partition- done

Reset all settings - done

Reset network settings - done

Update- done

Auto restart - disabled

Report in Samsung members app- done

Yes you're right I'm Samsung M30 and I'm also facing the issue.. my phone is not connected to charger or any other USB device but still its showing its connected..

I have to switch off the phone and make charging after then i have to switch on ..

And even middle of the screen is also not working ..😅😅
