Since few days back, my galaxy m30 display would never turn off, even on pressing power button. The screen lock image will always be there. Strange thing is that It will work fine on connecting to a charger. I have already tried resetting general settings. Which works fine for some time but then again the problem arises in few hours. Could this be some app which is keeping my screen on and draining my battery ??
I m also facing this isue. While pluged in its working fine but then its always on the diplay. I also noticed one more thing is that while battery was low this issue was ucurring but at full charge or more than 20% charging it won't happen.
