flash light problem in m30s

Dear Sirs

After the update to Nov 1 patch following are experiencing.

1. The flash light is not turn on.

2. The camera takes a white blank shot while flash is on. The flash light glows while taking photos. If we off the flash in the camera it takes picture.

done all the procedures you had mentioned. the issue not resolved. already done factory reset also.
