Dear Sirs

After the update to Nov 1 patch following are experiencing.
1. The flash light is not turn on.
2. The camera takes a white blank shot while flash is on. The flash light glows while taking photos. If we off the flash in the camera it takes picture.

re flash the firmware at service center , OTA update is left some file while downloading thats why this happend .. get the same Update flashed from service center

does any one has solution. had a chat with samsung. advised to clear cache, data, reset app preference, and to do factory reset.
done every thing. no result

Nothing is going to happen. I also tried everything suggested above but no result.

bro just go to service centre and get repaired. like I did u can check my profile posts so that u will know what I did step by step

they opened I m sure replaced some part inside phone but now everything working good bro just go there and get your phone repaired

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Do the reset settings of the camera (camera>>setting>>reset setting).

3) Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

Then kindly restart the device and check the issue.
