factory reset

Please guys I want to do a factory reset but am afraid if my android 10 update will go back to android 9..I need someone to clear me on this

u can use samsung smart switch to take full back up and can easily restore once after factory reset. I did the same and felt much better.

how did u use the smart back up switch

u have to install samsung smart switch app in both ur laptop and mobile then connect ur mobile through usb to laptop. Rest option u can find in laptop app. Take ur backup and store it ur laptop then restore it once after reset.

In btw, the reset didn't solve any of those issues after android 10 for me. I just telling you that if u want to reset ur device becoz of software update issues.
