I am unable to edit photos in gallery app.
It always say that allow permission that i already did but no get solution.

Need some Permissions for "Photo Editor" to do that...
Go to your device Settings > Apps > then tap on 3 vertical dots right sided > Show system app > then find out "Photo Editor" through search box and then tap on "Photo Editor" > Permissions > then give all permissions from there and then try. Screenshots below...
Even if it is doesn't work then open "Photo Editor" from Apps settings > Storage > then perform "Clear cache" and "Clear data" and then try again.

That's system app error..
settings>applications>click 3 dots at top right corner>select show system apps>scroll down to photo editor>select it>click on permissions>grant permissions
