dual sim dialer buttons missing

I'm update my phone on android 11 ui 3.1, dual sim dialer button is missing, problem when call from 2nd sim

Is the dual sim two separate buttons SIM1 + SIM2 for Samsung Messages (SMS) app and Phone (Call dialer) app fixed in Android 12, UI 4.0?
