Samsung M20 i have, but today my phone display was cracked . Still phon is on working conditions, i went to samsung mobile service center at Natun Pole, Near M10 Bus Stand, Vil /Po Diamond Herbour, 24Pg(S), South Twenty Four Parganas, Diamond Harbour, West Bengal 743331 they told me submit your phone for some days. Then i called Samsung customers care they also said that submitting mobiles is mandatory for replacing display, because M20's display is not available. I want you(samsung) please avail SM -M205F display at above mention care without submitting my M20 mobile. because sir,madam /(samsung) My work life depend on this phone, and i have no extra 4G phone . My request to you that can you please generate a samsung mobile care servicing job sheet without submitting my M20 mobile at care. I am ready to pay of job sheet generation process for bringing a display, that wil vary helpfully for me , and when they (services center/care) brings display i will go to care and avail on floor service on time . It's Samsung's policy to have the device submitted if you're replacing a part that's not readily available. It's no use making this post here because it won't solve anything. That being said, some service centers are more flexible than others. When I replaced my S6's battery a few months ago, they also told that I'd have to deposit the device until the battery is sent to them. I asked them if I could just pay some money upfront and not deposit the phone. The representative somewhat crassly said that it's not about the money but he'd ask the owner. The owner guy said it was okay but I'd have to go to the service centre as soon as they phone me when the parts arrive or else the parts will be returned and my will be wasted. So, I guess approach another nearby service center, maybe one in Kolkata and arrange another 4G device. maybe borrow one from a friend who has a spare phone
