charging time

m52 5g takes 3 hour from 15%-100%  and heatup during whtsaap video call . anyone have same problem??

That charging time is too much. At max it should take 2.15 hours.

3 hours is much more time even 0 -100% it shouldn't take max more than 2.30 hours . Change the charging switchboard/ charging socket. Try other rooms switchboard. Also, see whether your charger having any physical damage or its cable.

I have 2 charger of Samsung. One of it having damaged cable so, when i charge from that damaged cable it always take much time just like your one 3+ hours but when i charge with other charger which is not damaged it hardly takes 2.15 hours to get full charged. Both charger having 15w charging speed.
