Hi members, when i asked the customer care about carrier aggregation they said that it is provided by network service not by samsung.  But in members app i have seen many saying that samsung has intentionally blocked this feature. Pls help me with the truth

Both are correct but in m series its blocked by Samsung you can not use CA in M series smartphone even your network provider support CA in your area.

In my area:

My Redmi Note 8 Pro (Redmi phone) is supporting Jio CARRIER AGGREGATION.

Samsung M51 is NOT supporting Jio CARRIER Aggregation.

It means Samsung is the culprit. Network service provider (Jio) has already enabled it in my area. But as Samsung has BLOCKED CARRIER AGGREGATION in its Samsung M51, it is NOT supporting.

Download netmonster. If it shows dual band for example LTE 1800+2300 and at network signal LTE+ or 4G+, it will mean carrier aggregation is there in your area.

I have used this app. It will show 1800+2300 only if we are connected to 4gplus. I want to know whether jio provides it in my area

Carrier aggregation

Click on SIM 1, there you can see "CA", whether available or not

This is a screenshot from a Realme device through netmonster app. See there's LTE-A (LTE advanced or CA). Also see at the network signal. It shows 4g+.Screenshot_20210605-201935_Photos.jpg

Realme XT (Rs. 16000 phone) now supports carrier aggregation but not Samsung M51 (Rs. 23000 phone)
