bug on developer mode it is not showing. what will I do without reseting phone?

Developer mode is not showing on my phone  I do 7 tap on build number in software information and it showing me that developer mode has been enabled but it is not showing

Which device you are talking about? Have you purchased it through Samsung finance?

I am talking about Samsung Galaxy m31 and I purchased from Samsung showroom near my house

and yes I purchased it from Samsung finance and Finance Plus app working on background in my phone

That's the reason why developer mode is disabled.

Yes. You can't access developer mode on phones purchased through Samsung finance.

Maybe. Actually Samsung finance+ restricts some usability of the phone.
