Recently I am having trouble of the phone automatically switching data from one sim to another. It happens frequently now and I have to check every time which sim the data is being used from. It happens when the phone fails to detect the sim in slot 1( during use) and after sometimes it automatically detects the same. During this period the default sim is changed from sim 1 to sim 2 and the data is being used from sim 2. Even after detecting the sim 1 after some time the settings are not reverted. Is anyone else using the m31 having similar issues?
Remove the sim and clean it and reinsert. If the problem still there then change the slots. If the same sim get desabled change the sim. If the sim in the slot 1 keep desabling goto Samsung service center and tell them to rectify the problem.

I have samsung m42 having the similar issue automatic switch the sim 1 to sim 2 . I already visit the service center they change the motherboard but the issue is still on. after few months I again service center they ask me your mobile warranty expires and refuse to check my mobile. Its a software issue or hardware any one reply me. Worst experience with samsung service care every time. 😪 last few month I use this mobile with this issue
