ar emoji call background is not working in my samsung m31s

Ar emoji Call background is not working in my samsung m31s it's just emoji anime with dark background is coming during incoming and outgoing call

Just it's displaying dark background is any one facing this issue

go to system apps>clear call and call settings cache

also clear ar zone cache

Yes I also facing these problem please fix these issues and problem
