Phone pay and Google pay are fully not supported on m42 model i problem   counts 4 months also i reinstalled  on app 10 time and rest mob software upgrade  but my problems  not solve

Not Optimized In This Device ( Go To Playstore 》 open phone pe and gpay 》 go to reviews 》 tap 3 dots in right corner 》 select This device Model 》

Try changing font size
Change to small and see if it fixes or not
And if applied any theme change to default and try after restarting device
