No, I don't think so, Because M30s has got its complete set of update now it will only get security patches.

One ui 3 (Android11) update for our Galaxy M30s devices expected to release in March 2021, but we will be get software update earlier. because m21 & m31 also scheduled in March but that devices got update in January. soo we have to wait for it !
