Why does my phone alarm not ring when my phone is switched off??

Is there something missing?

No, your Samsung Android device cannot activate any alarm you have set on it if the device is turned off. The device must be turned on to activate the alarm in your Samsung Smart Phone.

Samsung did this for cost cutting or is it a missing feature in all low end samsung phones??

Wrong! Most of the Android brands provide this feature, except a few brands like Samsung.

this feature is available on one plus phones ...samsung should provide this feature
