Why alarm is not working when phone is switched off , in Samsung Galaxy m30s???

Make sure your phone isn't in silent mode or dnd mode. Sometimes these modes are customized as no allowance of sound.

Samsung Android device cannot activate any alarm you have set on it if the device is turned off. The device must be turned on to activate the alarm in your Samsung Smart Phone.

solution is just that the phone should not be switched off, if your want your alarm to stay activated

It was removed back in oreo itself from android system.. If you see any device having that then that device has schedule power on and off which was given by oem and not android.. So, not possible.

Ya but a phone like tecno is an android phone that has that feature most phones do have it so it could be nice to have my phone alarm ring even when it's off
