Hi samsung. 
I have last 1 year 3 months use to galaxy m31s series. Your mobile OS version update every time I faced bugs issues. I multiple times reporting for your customer care. But your customer care executives not responsible for my report. So I exit your samsung brand. In further I'm not reference to your samsung brand in any one.
