the router/Hotspot you are connected have issues. If you are using router then try reboot or reset..if you are using mobile hotspot then check the internet connection of hosted device working properly...
its the problem with your Internet Service Provider. Please contact your ISPs Customer care. before that you can try restarting your Router. and by removing LAN cable and re inserting it in your router. and If you're using some Mobile Hotspot then make sure Mobile Data is switched on and Network is stable.
