Why Whats the Use Of Type C to Type C cable in M51

I don't get that point why M51 has Type C to type C cable I mean 

What if you wants to connect mobile to your laptop then they're will be no option 

If it's USB A ( like pen drive size Port )to type c then you can easily connect 

Can anyone please explain this

it's basically given for reverse charging..for laptop you can use type C to usb A cable
