Whatsapp image automatically cropped in M31

After the recent update to galaxy M31, i noticed Whatsapp is cropping photos clicked from read camera. Anyone facing same issue? Or any settings issue?

hi, I have M21 and the whatsapp camera photos are getting shifted to right after clicking.

Looks device specefic issue in M21. please update your device and the app or else complain to samsung over this app

Both the device and app are updated. Samsung guys say it is issue with whatsapp. PFA their response.

I got the same reply from them. Looks device specific issue to me but now I don't really know what could fix this.

in M31 whatsapp images are getting automatically croped. Big problem from company side. They should fixed this issue asap.

Swap the camera (front and then rear) while clicking photos in WhatsApp and you'll get a normal camera setting. When you again swap you'll get wide angle camera settings.
