What is Cat 🐱 controls?

In the notification panel

 In Notification Panel, there are two sections Devices and Media. In Devices there is an app added called 'Cat controls'. It gives notification when you tap on TOY button. It also gives notification itself. Even when I am writing, I just got one notification from it. Attaching screenshot also.

to turn it off goto settings>about phone>software information>tap the Android version 4-5 times then move the white dot in anti clock and back & for direction the black dots 3-4 times till it shows stop sign

No, I want to play with it but it doesn't have any clear interface to interact.

It is the Easter egg of android 11
If u wanna disable it try he following steps
1) click on settings
2) open about phone
3) click on software information
4) clcik on the Android version 4 or 5 times
5) move the white dots anti clockwise move it back 4 or 3 times until it shows the stop sign

Lol amit, as i clearly get what your trying to say regarding the matter on-hand. Makes for a good laugh. 

Anyway, i am myself pondering around the question of what is the main reason behind the cats? And do they have a higher purpose then just showing #.... and some donuts all the time?
