What happend to ASK EVERY TIME in default apps?

Please add the option.
I use multiple apps (one for each type of links,files etc) now with the option removed i need to change the default app every time.

yes..
same problem with me too.
Chrome is chosen as default everytime.. I remove or change to another ,but again chrome is default.
