What does minor version in testing firmware means??

Can anyone explain me what does minor version means in firmware testing, coz my minor version of M21 2021 Edition is increasing day by day.

It means how many times the firmware was built.

1 means firmware was built once.

9 means firmware was built 9 times.

That depends on samsung 🤔 . New update has nothing to do with minor version.

and what A to Z meaning ? like A528BXXS4EWGB and A528BXXS4EWGC ? and which is better than other ? Can I change Firmware from WGC To WGB using HOMECSC by ODIN Pc ? or only by CSC ? my CSC is INS .. I want to change to THL .. ODM To OLM ? or when release new update.. i download it and change in ODIN HOMECSC ?
