The Galaxy M55 has already received the One UI 7 update, and now even the Galaxy A73 from 2022 has gotten it. But here we are — Galaxy M55s 5G users still waiting, with no update and no explanation.
For the record, Galaxy M55 and M55s are identical in hardware and software — the only difference is the model number. So why this discrimination? We deserve the same update treatment.
If you can roll out updates to 3-year-old phones, what’s the excuse for skipping a newly launched device?
If this continues, I’m done. I’ll switch to Apple, because at least they know how to respect their users with timely and consistent software support.
