VoNR in Galaxy M12

Does anyone know what is the use VoNR sim 1 in developers option in Galaxy M12 ??

It is VoNR (Voice over New Radio) for 5G.
It's like VoLTE or 4G LTE

Yeah , I know VoNR is for 5Gcalling services , but does it have anything to do in a 4G phone like the M12 .?

Here it is . After enabling it , it again reverts as soon as I leave the developer option.
