To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
>Kindly do the reset setting of the device by following way: Settings>>general management>>reset>>reset setting.
>Ensure that the device Software is up to date.
>If issue persists, please visit the nearby service center for the inspection of the device. To locate the Service center, click the given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
