Very slow charging issue with Galaxy M31

I am facing serious issue regarding charging of Samsung m31 . Since after Android 12 update my phone is  taking too long time for charging more than 2 hrs . When  I connect charger to mobile  and  plug  it so  it is  charging only 15 to 20%  in 1 hr of time that's seriously very slow . It's unbelievable that how such issue could occur after software update as software update makes phone more better in performance instead it has downgraded in performance in charging . I am highly disappointed with this brand seems like I have wasted my money by buying this brand's mobile . Requesting this brand service team to solve this problem as I have already lost trust in your brand.

This happen with every Samsung device, when it new charge happen in hours and after some time it get slow.
Note: charging happen best when phones temperature is between 25°C to 40°C.

2. Settings 》Device Care 》Battery 》Background usage limits 》
* Deep sleeping apps 》select all apps
* Sleeping apps 》select all apps

3. Settings 》Apps 》
Android system Web view 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Android system intelligence 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Chrome 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update

4.Update all apps

Clean ur charging port , This problem I had also faced but in my m31 there is some dirt in my phone's charge port before cleaning it is taking 4 to 4:15 but after cleaning it is taking only 2 to 2:30 from 0% to 100%

What do you mean by clean charging port it doesn't have enough space for any object to fit it so how one could clean it & is it technically OK as per service center advice.
