I have been suggested by Samsung Customer Support to use this code and enable Sec.Log, Silent Log, enable Debug for High and provide IMS Logs while enabling SecLog and Silent. 

Just want to know is it safe to enable these settings and what are the functions of the above mentioned settings?

Enable it to allow log creation, after you share your logs you can disable again

Yes ,if you do only changes that were told to you AND disable it once you purpose is served.

How to turn on the Silent log. I have been suggested the same steps but stuck at Silent log for OTP authentication.
