Update required

I am not able to update my mobile phone in 11 version and 3.0 ui.  Please help me to do it and increase ram of my mobile phone.

U can't get android 11 as samsung policy we only get 2 major update u get from android 8 to android 10 but u can install unofficial its a risk on unofficial i preffer dont do
