Unlike the S series and A series phones of Samsung the other series are a bit isolated in terms of updates. The other series are kinda ignored. I have M52 5G which is on March security patch where as A50 which is much older is now getting June update patch. Why is this diversio? Isn't is depraving the M series users of good features? M52 is much newer compared to A50 but just because of the difference in series A50 is getting June update while M52 is still on March security update patch. This is definitely not at all good service from Samsung. Please bring the june security patch update on M52. Previously it was said that M52 will get quarterly update but why am I not getting the latest update patch? Although this quarterly update is wrong to begin with. You should look at all the series be it S or be it M equally and bring monthly update to all the phones. So please bring the latest security patch update in M52 soon.
