Yo me too. I get two thick white bars, one on top of the screen and one in middle.
But mine are only visible in dark rooms.

Mine too have this issue. before the update(Aug1secpatch) this happened when Eye comfort shield is enabled with low brightness
But now after update it happens even ECS is off
