Unable to set lock screen password

Recently I unlocked my phone Samsung M30 using findmymobile, after that i was not able to set pattern/pin/password to lockscreen. After tapping on screen locktype, it was going to next screen and immediately coming back to same screen without selecting any option , I was not able to set any pattern or pin due to this,  How to fix this glitch ?

There is no error, but after tapping on the screen lock type, it goes to next screen and coming back immediately to same screen as shown in the post.

Going get help section in this app( bottom right tab on home screen) in this tab you will find send feedback section, in that you will find error report. By clicking on it , you will be able to send your issue directly to Samsung

Take backup of your data and reset the phone to factory settings.
