Touch problem

I have a galaxy m11 and often the touch stops working and doesn't work again untill I lock and unlock my phone. Anyone can give me solution?😔😭😵

No solution. Even after visited service center. But no improvements. Then I sold my m11

Visit the customer care then they will say display have some issue you have to change it and you change it and then the problem is gone but you have to pay 5,800 for the display 😉 samsung things
And this problem we can't even play games also 🥲
