Galaxy M1. Uninstalled all 4-5 apps I installed after update.
2. Eanbed then disabled ultra power saving mode and tried after then to turn on the torch.
3. Restarted phone many times.
4. Resetted all phone settings to default.
But all my efforts gone in vain. It seems that it is a bug which came after update. I have already reported this instance to system administrator and m looking forward reply from them.
