The mid-range phone of Samsung can't control the shutter speed of camera in pro mode... Just Samsung's flagship devices have the control of the shutter speed...
We need more than 16 seconds of shutter speed to take good photos...
Yeah... . I was surprised too ... I have M21 and it doesn't have shutter speed... But my A51 has shutter speed in Pro mode but it's limited to 10 sec only 😐 . . . For long exposure, having slower shutter speed (long time) is better. I do it by some auto clicking app which clicks shutter button every 10.5 sec when taking long exposure shots like doing star trails for approx 15-20 mins. (1hr or 1hr 30 min is good for star trails, but I was just testing camera 😅)
