Galaxy MOkay listen I fixed it !! For over a week I have been trying in every way possible without success I have done everything really. Everyone is waiting for an answer so here it comes friends. You will have to stop the Google Maps app completely. It is the one that causes Android Auto to crash. Stop the Maps app. Click on Disable the application. I did not delete it and I'm sure it can be deleted but that was enough. Once I plugged the device into the car everything worked as smooth as a baby's **bleep**. I have already bought a new SIM card and an old iPhone 7 and have already switched to an iPhone, everything worked fine. It's my stubbornness that did not let me sleep. In the end I succeeded. Hope I helped everyone.
