please solve this issue. Am not able to use split screen it's very helpful almost time.

hi am using Galaxy M31 mobile just purchased it a month ago, finger print sensor is not working from day 1, and the customer service personal is saying that iF they need to check for the error, then the phone will get damaged. and they will not take responsibility, why is Samsung product like this
