okay, its generally a bug. wait for stable oneui2.0 and android10.
but i suggest you to send error report about this also, so that this issue comes to the team's attention.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Settings >> general management >> reset >> reset settings.

2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > phone app > storage > clear cache.

3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
