Some cons of m40

I had recently purchased galaxy M40 I am facing problem with it the first problem is the 3.5 mm Jack I know the phone comes without it but not even type c to 3.5 mm jack adapter is working with it . So I have only 1 option left that is to use type c headphones and the second problem is it has some problem with its touch some time it do not work properly.  And touch gives  a lot of problem .

open your dialer pad then dial *#0*# then click on touch and complete the calibration

if problem solved please give me accepted solution to give accepted click on three dots then click on accepted solution

Same problem bro i have tried each and every adapter on amazon but that didnt solve the problem

so what you are using and have you told service center team what they say.

you need to buy a active adapter that is slightly expensive than passive and cheap adapters

Btw one plus wired earphones work with this phone.
