Hey Samsung better sell our company to someone else...I am facing worst experience after buying ur phone.Iam using M21s and it is restarting like anything without any reason..if I on GPS means it will restart if I use 2 to 3 apps simultaneously means it will restart what the hell is happening in my phone I don't know...if any one here knew anything means please tell me yaar...

I can understand your pain brother, I'm using s10 lite. Bought this phone with my hard earned money after trusting a brand like Samsung. It has some usb charging issues.

hi even I am using s10 lite only.. n faced the same issue but now resolved.. like in one of the below comments.. try in safe mode.. go to safemode n charge ur phone to 100 prcent.. then restart the 📱

Sadly, it's called scamming. My big mistake is that I chose Samsung phone. When we ask for bug fix update, or feature update they would say it's an old device and no longer eligible to receive software support. Their intention is that we're the sons of Bill Gates where we buy each and every phone they release.

go to safemode and observe is there same issue persist, if not then problem with your 3rd party apps.
and if in safemode same issue occur then you need to do is visit service centre and get reinstall your software update

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work
