Software update required for 5G on M52

The above attached screenshot shows that 5G software update is required to access 5G services. When such update will be released?

Have taken back up but still sm issue is there helpline or any facilities tht i can ragister for latest updates

Not sure about helpline but you can contact Samsung using member application.

Very poor show samsung... Should we change our phones to other companies to get 5G, how come such costly phone like M52 not have 5G

Shame on you Samsung. I have purchased M52 almost a year ago only because it has 5G. Since May month Indian government is telling about 5G technology frequency bands in India. Do you need more than 6 months to enable 5G? Are you a tortoise or snail? If you don't respect existing customers, then we will not buy Samsung again.
